Now taking new projects Portland, OR · Working anywhere

We build the machine behind the business.

We set up AI that works alongside the software you already use. It reads, drafts the busywork, and does nothing without your OK. Start with one task, then grow from there. Nothing about your current software has to change.

02 · How it works

Six steps. You approve.

Your current software stays exactly as it is. The AI works alongside it in six steps, and a person approves anything before it changes your records. Follow one incoming request through all six. Scroll to take it apart, or click any part for more.

Example

The six steps below follow a general example. Pick your industry, or type your own, to see it in your words.

Simplified drawing. Each part is something we build, test and hand over to you.

Fig. 02 · Exploded view · click a part
Separation 000%Step 1 · Read
  1. Step 1 · Read

    Reads your data

It gets view-only access to the software you already use: your main business system, customer records and shared files. For this request, it reads the customer's email and pulls up their account.

    Can look, can't change anything
  2. Step 2 · Find

    Finds what's relevant

It searches your rules, past cases and team guidelines for what applies to this request, and nothing else.

Your data doesn't train AI models
  3. Step 3 · Draft

    Drafts the work

The AI writes a draft: what the request is, what your rules say to do and a reply ready to send, with its reasons written out so they can be checked.

Suggests, never acts on its own
  4. Step 4 · Approve

    A person signs off

Your team lead reviews the draft and approves it, edits it or rejects it. Later, simple cases within limits you set can go through on their own.

    Nothing happens without approval
  5. Step 5 · Update

    Updates your system

Once approved, the result is saved into your business system the normal way, just as if your team had entered it.

    Only after approval
  6. Step 6 · Record

    Keeps a record

Every step is logged: what it read, what it suggested, who approved it and what changed.

    Always on
03 · Getting started

Start small. Grow as you trust it.

Three stages. You only move to the next one after the last one has proven itself, so the AI takes on more only as fast as you're comfortable with.

  1. Stage 1

    Assist

    One task. You approve everything.

It reads and suggests, and a person approves every action. About six to eight weeks at a fixed price, with a full record of what it did so you can decide what comes next.

    You approve every action
  2. Stage 2

    Handle the routine

Simple cases run on their own. Your team handles the rest.

Cases within limits you set go start to finish; anything unusual comes to your team. More tasks can be added using the same connections, rules and records.

    You set the limits
  3. Stage 3

    Across the business

One AI helper for the whole business.

New tasks are switched on, not built from scratch. Your team sets the rules and sees everything on one screen. Your current software stays; the AI does the legwork.

    You set the rules
04 · Where it helps

Start where the work piles up.

Five good places to start. In each one, the AI reads from software you already use and hands a person a finished draft.

05 · Safety

Safe, private and on the record.

If your business has rules to follow, you need to be able to explain every decision. So safety isn't added at the end. It's there from day one.

01

Stays in your accounts

It runs in accounts your business owns. Your data stays where you want it.

02

Only the access it needs

It can look but not change anything unless you allow it. Each connection is limited to the one task it's for.

Nothing changes without a yes

Nothing is saved to your systems until a person, or a limit you set, allows it.

Your data is used for your work only. And we can switch AI providers at any time, so you're never stuck with one company.

Tested before it's trusted

Before launch we test it for accuracy and try to trick it into leaking data. After launch we keep an eye on it, and write it all up so your auditors can follow.

06 · How we work

How a project works.

Four steps, in order. We stop at each checkpoint until you sign off, so nothing goes live that you haven't seen.

Step 1

Get to know it

We learn one task from start to finish: the software involved, how often it comes up, who approves it and what could go wrong. You get a one-page plan with a fixed price.

Checkpoint
Step 2

Try it out

We set it up for that one task, with a person approving every action, and measure it against how things work today.

Checkpoint
Step 3

Make it solid

We check security, test it thoroughly and write clear instructions. Then, looking at its track record together, we decide which simple cases it can handle on its own.

Step 4

Keep it running

We run it, improve it and add to it, or hand it over to your team. Either way, you own everything we built.
